With so much uncertainty surrounding us, the one thing that is certain is change. Pervasive and probably lasting, change.
As I think about this and our response plan, I am reminded of what a very wise woman once told me. “If you are successful, all that means is that you know what used to work.” This was, to say the least, humbling but more importantly a call to action. No time to mope or look at what was. Doesn’t matter. What matters is where we go from here.
The more tools you have, the better your solutions. This reminds me of another gem shared years ago. “If the only tool in you tool box is a hammer, then all solutions look like nails”.
